1. The short version
This site does not ask for personal information about you. There is no account to create and no form to submit.
It does count page views, using its hosting provider's analytics. Section 4 says what that records and what the provider states about it.
It is a static demonstration. Everything it shows runs in your own browser.
2. What the site stores on your device
Two small values are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device, and are never sent anywhere. One records that you have already seen the guided tour, so it does not offer itself again. The other records whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
You can clear both by clearing this site's data in your browser. Nothing breaks if you do.
The site sets no cookies of its own.
3. What the site deliberately does not do
Apart from the page view counting described in section 4, there is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no session recorder, no embedded social widget and no third-party script. This was verified by searching the source rather than assumed.
There is no contact form, no newsletter signup and no chat widget, so there is nothing to submit and no mailing list to be added to.
4. The hosting provider and page view counting
The site is served by Vercel, which like any web host receives the requests your browser makes and can keep ordinary server logs of them, typically including an IP address, the page requested and the time.
[COUNSEL: confirm what the hosting provider retains, for how long, and whether that processing has to be described here in more detail than this. The project's compliance notes flag hosting log retention as a term to confirm, and it has not been confirmed.]
The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. For each page view it can record the time, the page address (with query parameters filtered), the page you came from, an approximate location (country, region and city), your operating system, browser and device type, and the version of the analytics script.
Vercel's documentation says that the recording of these data points "is anonymous", that the data "is used for aggregated statistics only", that it works "without using any third-party cookies, instead end users are identified by a hash created from the incoming request", and that the lifespan of a visitor session "is not stored permanently, it is automatically discarded after 24 hours". We receive only aggregate counts, not individual visits.
[COUNSEL: confirm whether page view analytics of this kind needs a notice, consent or opt-out beyond this paragraph under the statutes that apply, and whether Vercel's description should be quoted rather than summarized.]
5. The data you see in the demonstration
Every patient, prescription, prescriber, claim and message shown here is fictitious and generated for the demonstration. No real patient information is present on this site, and none has ever been.
6. The real product is a different matter
The VisipillRx application that pharmacies actually use does hold patient health information, and it has its own, much longer privacy policy describing what it holds, where it is held and who can see it. This page covers only the demonstration site you are reading.
7. Children
This site is a business product demonstration and is not directed at children. It asks nothing of anybody, including children. Its page view counting is described in section 4.
8. Your rights
There are no accounts or submissions here to access, correct, export or delete, and we receive only aggregate page view counts. Our hosting provider processes the data described in section 4.
[COUNSEL: confirm which privacy statutes apply to a marketing site of this kind and whether any of them require disclosures this page does not make. The project's own notes record that non-patient data, including marketing site analytics and prospect data, has never been examined against those statutes.]
9. Changes and contact
If this site ever starts collecting anything beyond what is described here, this page changes first.
[COUNSEL and OWNER: supply the owning entity name, a postal address and a contact address for privacy questions.]
